I am 6'3 and 135lb, nobody can take me seriously because I am so thin, it's past lanklet territory it's full on freakish alien now, I am beyond hope.
I smoke heavily, I drink heavily, I am depressed, lonely, I used to lift but after a year of shit diet and no gym available and no money to make a home gym I lost what gains I had made.
I am beyond hope. I don't know what to do. Literally I have all the time in the world to lift, I could get the fuck off my computer and get in the gym but I just can't now. I am beyond hope.

Anonfag, that shit happens to all the gym newbs. It will go away eventually, just got again and work out a different muscle group. Enjoy that "pain",' it goes away and you'll eventually miss it since it feels like you're making progress son
it will hurt like a bitch for 2-3 days if you are anything like me, couldn’t couch my shoulders and trying to lift anything was a bitch.
Just push through the pain, it doesn’t hurt as much when you are in the gym.

Workout today so no drinking. Got wasted yesterday. It's a miracle I didn't wake up hungover but I also chugged a bottle of water and had a meal before going to bed.
Usually have a beer once or twice a week. Rarely get really drunk since I started working out.
When I was younger I enjoyed losing all inhibition and cerebral countenance through the binge abuse of alcohol.
As I've grown older I've come to prefer my capabilities that are available with a sober outlook. The hangover, the lack of self-respect and the loud-mouthed eccentricity I display while inebriated are no longer enjoyed by me. I can sympathize with the desire to do away with inhibition and become an unchained aspect of yourself, it is quite intoxicating and tempting.
Alcohol is not evil, just not useful to me any longer. I prefer my new-found reclusion.

Help me. I've been lurking for years and working out most of the time but I am still about 30lbs over weight (6ft1in and 230 lbs). I seem to lack all self control when it comes to eating no matter what I do. It's holding me back so bad. How do I teach myself to stop eating fucking everything? I lack self control. Just an hero?
Does anyone have experience with pic related? It's called snus. Its a little bag with tobacco in that you stuff in your gums.
Will it have any negative effects on my lifting? I'm thinking of the nicotine here.
