Yes, but you should train them for sports, better total etc. Not because you just want to be massive or something other insecure shit. If the only potential you see with your legs is the amount of weight you put on the leg press, or how big they look while you flex them - you could just stop training legs right away

I woke up today like usual at 4:50am having gone to bed at 9:30 like I usually do. wake up, take my cafefine pills to go to the gym but as soon as I reach my car I feel extremely light headed. I brush it off and start driving to the gym. All the way there and even working out it feels like I'm going to pass out. The feeling didn't change depending on how hard I was exerting myself. it was just kind of a steady light headedness. I drove home extremely slowly but now even typing this is extremely difficult. I've never had this happened before.
