How do I quit smoking?
I quit a couple years ago by getting a vape. Then the vape broke and I never cared to bother anymore. Now I think vaping is getting more people into smoking than helping people quit because people are retarded.

You're going to look stupid as fuck without no legs. At least do legs once a week, upper body twice a week.
Also women only care about your face, abs, and wallet. You don't need to lift at all if you are doing it for girls.
Most effective diet? and has anyone had experience from starving themselves, does it work?
Restrict calories; don't starve yourself.
Eat in a way that makes it easy for you to manage your hunger, i.e. intermittent fasting; eating lots of vegetables/legumes; staying away from fast foods, etc.
Increase energy output by taking up a physical activity as a hobby. Lifting is what most people do here but anything is fine as long as you'll stick to it.

Why should I eat steel-cut oats?
I started losing weight at 137kg (302 pounds) and after 3 months of exercise and diet I am currently at 111kg (244 pounds).
Recently I have become concerned with loose skin and was wondering how to avoid it (if it is even avoidable at this point). Is my pace too fast? Was loose skin even avoidable at 302 pounds regardless of pace?
You can avoid it with slower pace. Maybe half of what your initial pace was. Also building muscle on a heavy cut is harder. You're better off going slowly while filling up the space.
