Hey,how do you motivate yourself to start doing something?I can see myself getting a bit fatter,not like really fat,but chubby.And I`m too weak to start doing something.
You're never too weak to start doing something. Like, 6 months ago I could barely do a couple pushups on my knees but now I can bang out like 50 on my toes, and can do multiple diamond pushups.

What are your specific goals? Just getting skinny or do you want to start lifting? I can recommend some stuff for starting out, it's really helpful if you have an actual plan and don't just run into the gym and do shit for 5 minutes then get bored and leave like I used to.

What is the disparity between your high bar 1RM and your low bar 1RM?
I can high bar 175 lb, and I don't do squat-mornings but I'd guess around 320 lb.
i think youre underestimating the difficulty of lowbar squats (srs), i started front squatting seriously 2 weeks ago and ive hit 175 for 1, and backsquat 255 for 5 which is about 285 1rm. granted front squats and high bar arent exactly the same, the difficulty and muscle activation are similar.
totally depends on anthropometry, specifically femur and torso length. The shorter your torso, the more you benefit from low bar relative to high bar. A lot of guys with short legs won't get much at all out of the position because their torsos are longer and lengthen the moment arm

Ive been following a workout program for the past 3 weeks, with good results so far, i'm now starting the last week.
After that, i decided to do a HIIT workout for 8 weeks, to lose fat faster.
I'd like to focus on losing my tummy, and consider adding a second workout.
What type of workout should i add?

They shouldn't go together. Anytime I smoke I get terrible munchies/cravings. Also, working out is the last thing on my mind while high. Honestly I just enjoy it at parties or on my cheat days.

I am fat. I'm 5' 6" and 220lbs. I'm not not incredibly obease, but nowhere near skinny. When it comes to working out, I do run a few blocks on my days off work, and at work I tend to lift lots of boxes and walk around for about 8 hours. I know my workout plan could be better, but I'm more concerned about my diet. I've been realizing a lot lately how terrible the stuff I'm eating is, and I'd like to put a stop to it. I wanted to come here and ask for helpful suggestions about good eating habits.

I cut it out because of the salt, and it's not a "whole" food. I thought it would be hard, but making a bigassed pot of white basmati rice at the beginning of the week and having a bowl of it plus PB plus a chicken breast is just as easy as bread.
