I'm trying to figure out which weight rack to buy. I've narrowed it down to 3 or 4. Do you have any advice on which to buy?

Do any of you feel that incredibly anxiety and nervousness a day before and the hours leading up to a heavy deadlift day like you're about to do something that'll change your life forever. I hardly sleep the night before and my heart rate is through the roof the entire time.

Yeah, I did quit.
Lifted for 1 year, nice progress.
Moved, lots of stress, paused for a week.
Week became a month, which became 2 years.
It's incredible how the human brain silently makes up excuses and other shit that lets you completely forget or drop a habit like lifting.
Started again, been lifting for 3/4 year.
Remembering how strong I once already I was it was the hardest shit starting with almost babbyweight again.
Lesson learned. Don't quit.
I actually started lifting again because I was getting "old" (30+) and started worrying about my health. I doubt I'll ever quit. If anything, lifting becomes more important the older you get.
Anyone else made almost 0 progress in their first few months? Ive gained 10kg and only improved my lifts by 130kg over 7 months and kind of want to kill myself.

Yes, but I was looking address speed, power, flexibility to be a well rounded "athlete". Is there no programme with progressive overload that combines all these disciplines?

The point was that the argument was debatable. You will not build a strong deadlift doing just osier cleans and chin-ups, back strength is greatly benefited by heavy rows. I'm going off from world record IPF deadlifters training philosophy's and my own experience from not doing rows for 6 months.
You could argue that despite world record dead lifters preferring heavy rows to power cleans is preference as power cleans aren't too powerlifting specific hence why it is a moot point.

Anyways, you are right on the chinup part, because lats promote internal rotation to some extent.
As for the upper back part and deadlift part, you are wrong. High level powerlifters usually train their upper back with minimal volume, if at all. But they don't train power cleans either. They just do a lot of deadlifts and variation.
Is there any effects after 5 weeks of cutting? Just started and don't know i'll able to see anything till 31 december.
So today after my intensive workout session I was in the lockerroom and was checking my own body in front of the mirror. I looked really fucking buffed. I havent noticed much progress in the past 6 months but now I finally started to see myself having a thick body. But now i'm at home and I look all small and weak again. Wtf is up with this?
