Any one smokes weed/hash on a daily bases?
Started working out last month and I'm a everyday smoker (hash mostly), I was wondering if it hurts my gains or not, should I smoke before/after practice?Does it make such a difference I should reduce to smoking on weekends/stop smoking?
Doesn't make a difference really it depends on the user more than anything as it's classified as a hallucinogen 1st, depressant 2nd.
Although fit will shit on weed all day like a bunch of children who can't fathom someone smoking weed and living a completely normal fit life.
I used to smoke all day err day about 3 years ago. Didnt affect my gains and i was a skele back then so it helped with my appetite. That being said, some days id rather sit around and get high than workout so watch that. Also dont let smoking affect your cardio/make u cough/ make u breathe heavy as fuck.
In the warmer weather id love taking 2 hits and going on a 3-4 mile run outside and just listening to nature. a hit or 2 before lifting was alright sometimes but on real heavy deadlift/squat days i didnt fuck with it.
So /fit/, is she natty?

I'm going to Brazilian jiu jitsu classes 3 times a week and only have time to lift twice a week so I'm trying to base my lifting programming around strength for bjj.
However, my girlfriend has mentioned several times that she loves men with big thick traps so I was wondering, if you could choose only one exercise to build muscle on your traps what would it be?
honestly if you want big traps (forearms too) stop the bjj and do greco roman wrestling
that way you can face your fears by throwing them and not by squirming around in the missionary position on your back

Lately I've been having some strange pain on my hip. It's accentuated by my squats.

Hip flexor pain. Same here actually. Try to do some deep lunge stretches occasionally throughout the day, and stretch your hip flexors while warming up with some walking lunges.
This stretch also helps, especially if you lean forward more
its most likely a thing called anterior femoral glide. eric cressey has a nice article on it, google it up.
basically, stop overextending your back, extend your hips fully at the top and push your knees out more during the whole movement. you might want to try the hip abduction machine for a warmup.
people will tell you to stretch a broken muscle. thats retarded, and will just aggravate things in this case. you can gently massage the are though.

Friendly reminder that lifting won't solve your core problems, and even if it makes you feel more confident and you get 'mired you'll still be you but with muscles.
I definitely agree with the healthy eating part.
Lifting though, not so. The vast majority of guys lift for external validation, rather than getting the validation internally by working on their minds.

Are there any /fit/-approved tv dinners or microwaveable meals?
I'm usually very good at making my own food and preparing meals ahead of time, but this time of year when school is busy and I'm working more hours I usually get home at night and just want to put something in the microwave and be done with it.
I always get the impression that tv dinners are for lazy fat fucks, but there must be some good ones out there right?

Is this routine any good? I'm trying to gain strenth while building a decent body in a 3 day program. Trying not to look like this guy though.

It's a full-out full body hypertrophy program with no serious strength component. Strength only comes into the mix as a simple way to consistently increase volume while a beginner can still handle such large increases session to session. You will get stronger on it only the same way you would get stronger on any non-moronic program.
The issue with not looking like Blaha is to use your diet to keep bf% low. The program is fine.
