Do you have any fears after becoming fit or as a direct result of being fit?
I have this irrational fear of choking. After lifting for many years I am afraid that my core will be too solid for people to give me the heimlich maneuver.
After a year of lifting I did start getting this one thought.
That the more I lift, the greater the chance I'm just gonna get RNG killed young, and would have wasted many hours/ could have just been fat.

Good combo of strength, aesthetics, and athletics. Keeping a nice lean and lean looking physique without useless bulk.

Memories... This was one of the first books I read about lifting when I got started years ago.. It's definitely a classic and there's some nice pictures in there too.. Remember it's primary focus is bodybuilding so the routines suggested are catered towards that... There is some bro science in there like things about making your rib cage larger but it does show a bunch of different exercises to hit all the different muscles

Can someone explain cocoon mode to me?
I'm pretty /fit/ and relatively good with women, but my girlfriend broke up with me and i've been on a manwhoring bender. I just have a tough time being alone, brahs. Life feels empty and meaningless unless i'm with people. I have problems with depression and a need for pretty constant attention and validation. I'm basically a co-dependent.
