I'm male, 169cm (5 feet 5) tall and I currently weigh 57,5kg (~126pounds).
Within the next 6 weeks, i plan on losing about 8kg (~17 pounds). I'm already doing 300-400 pushups, 50 situps and 50 squats a day, and I try to eat about 1500 calories a day. I wanna lose weight faster though, as I'm not losing it quick enough imo. Got any suggestions? For example interval cardio sprinting (got no idea how long i should run though). Im kinda new to all this so please help me out if you can (and sorry for crap phrasing im a foreigner)

Just left the gym, before I went out someone pointed at me to his pack of gym gang buddies (loudest ones at gym) and called me superman. This is an 6 -7 month old picture. I haven't taken a good progress pic since , because I am bulking hard till next summer and then shredding. But from this pic, my chest has gotten a lot bigger, as well as arms and shoulders. About 10lbs of mass since.

Recovering skele junkie here /fit/, making steady noob gains, however my rhomboid and general inner upper back area up to the nape of my neck is weak as fuck, it's causing problems with shoulder stability.

ESPECIALLY if you alternate squats with hip thrusts (similar to how ohp-bench or chin up-row are formatted)

Doctor says I can't lose anymore weight, I'm 145 @ 6'1 but looking at my body I still have plenty of fat, love handles,etc. What does fit think? Can I keep cutting a little bit more. I just want the love handles gone.
Those are just your hips and what ever shitty composition you have. You need to stop cutting and lift. Strength training with weights or body weight will build muscle and tone your sorry excuse for a male body
