Any of you given up drugs and alcohol to get fit?
How did you do it? Did you cut everything out altogether, or just decrease use a lot?
I did quit alcohol 2 weeks ago
the results have been amazing so far, lower bf %, breaking PRs, not depressed anymore, waking up fresh in the morning.
Alcohol is a poison and you can only quit cold turkey. And the good news is it's only gonna suck for the first 3 days or so.
Hey guys, i've been lifting and bulking for 2 months now and went from 51 kg to 58 kg. Is this LEAVING HUMANITY or am i gaining in a safe rate?
my belly looks the same as when i started out (bit skinnyfat), but i have gained a lot of muscle mass.
Show me your stack /fit/
If you wern't on late yesterday, you missed an amazing thread about the effects of cardio on weight loss. This was the first time I have ever learned something from /fit/.
Basically random anon explained why cardio is very ineffective at causing weight loss. Everyone needs to read this. I Did a lot of research in disbelief afterwards, but I am now a believer.....
fucking hell /fit/... I swear you guys are pathetic sometimes, but then I remember according to polls, most of you have been lifting for less than 2 years
Hey OP, how about you try ending your lifting sessions with 30minutes of high intensity cardio. Do this for just one week and that might help you get that stupid idea out of your head.
Cardio is god-tier for losing weight and overall health, you've fallen for the "cardio kills gains" meme.
Is it possible to get thick back without being able to do single pull up / chin up?
How are you holding up, /fit/?
ITT: personal stats
Lifting for 2 years
How do you start losing weight when you weigh over 200kg? I tried jogging but it destroyed my knee joints, there's just too much weight, I have zero flexibility. At a loss for what kind of exercise is actually practical for a guy my size.
I'm 5'10, 211kg
how about shutting your fucking whale mouth
source: i lost myself 65kg
Why do people cycle test?
I mean, after you stop, even with pct your balls will be smaller than normal so your test production will be even lower than a natural fag. Which means you will lose your gains until your balls have grown again/start another cycle.
>give me a reason not to perma cruise on test
you're supposed to take it forever
people cycle it to get used to roids, sides and the like. also mistakes won't destroy your body as bad as doing them while cruising. take it as testing the waters
Brehs I might have to undergo an accutane treatment in the near future and I heard it might cause terrible joint pain. I'm doing SL and it's going really well, I don't want to have to fucking quit it.
Did anyone have to stop lifting for accutane? Should I switch to a low intensity program?
Do you fap before a workout?
Is 'steroid penis' a meme?
I literally found 0 pictures of steroid penis on google. Is it possible that it's just propaganda for the sake of keeping normies away from mega-gainz?
When you cycle your balls get smaller because they have to produce less testosterone.
The steroid penis meme is kinda true because you get big but your penis stays the same size, so it looks smaller.

What the hell /fit/. After 22 years of existing and do nothing, typical comfort zone, i'm feeling im gonna be happy. I'm feeling that i can achive anything if only i want. Now i'm cutting, in few weeks i will see my family, later then i want to join army. And i know i will make it.
I'm not thinking what others people think. Before i wanted to have friends, be someone important in their eyes. Always thinking what they have in mind about me. Now, fuck them, this my life, my movie. I feel confident and don't afraid to talk what i really think.

Don't know what to call it, but it's a nice realization. I've been there and felt it. I too joined the army. But fucked it up at the ripe old age of 18. I'm 20 now and want to try again. And I'm sure I will. I'm also gunna get swole as fuck and achieve shit, have fun and enjoy my life. So should you.
I was in the Army for a few years. Its ok. Dont fuck up like i did and pick a job that carries over to the civilian world and dont give anyone a fucking dime of the money you make over seas.
Anyone commute 40miles+ on their bike? I'm going to have to do this. Any tips besides eating like a boss and staying hydrated?
