My boss is an alcoholic, and has about 8(?) drinks a night. All vodka.
Today my boss instructed me to research some "diets for alcoholics" because she wants to lose weight while still being able to drink.
(I'm a personal assistant)
She wants a healthy meal plan that she can snack on during the day while drinking heavily.
I was hoping you guys could help me out, because I'm not finding a lot online.

In the bench press you're supposed to retract your scapulae and keep them pinned down.
In the overhead press you're supposed to protract your scapulae and let them upwardly rotate.

Same as normal bench, pinch them together. I used to just not do anything and I noticed it aggravated my shoulder. Now that I pinch them together I never have shoulder issues. This has been the same for my friend who previously dislocated both of his shoulders. He couldn't go more than half down before a lot of pain. Now that he pinches his shoulders together he's pain free. Also make sure you don't go down to like your clavicles. Go lower on your chest, usually just above your nips

I think I'll pass the strength test without trouble, but my condition is pretty shit. The condition test is on a home-trainer and I believe I need to do some push-ups aswell.
Yesterday I did 10 minutes of biking on the heighest level (level 20 on a STARTRAC in the local gym). I kept the RPM above 100, and during the test I need to keep it between 70-80. So I think I'm alright. However, I am sure the condition test will be a lot harder than doing level 20. I need to do...

Lift heavy and light. That way you'll gain beast strength and endurance. Also, remember to do your sit ups and run, they will run the shit out of you over there.
If you're gonna need to run during the test, biking won't make that easier. It'll improve your cardio health but you still have to run to get better at running. It's why people in triathlons practice all 3
