I've been lifting on and off for about 5 years and I struggle ALOT with motivation, the past few years have been shitty, gained weight, one of my brothers has been in and out of jail, Dad pissed of somewhere, another of my brohers died, my girlfriend dumped me, I lost my job and I have been depressed for 1 year now.
So I'm looking for motivation to go back to the gym and for motivation to actually keep me going there.
If you got any helpfull advice /fit/ I'm all ears.
Just think of the favor you are doing for yourself.
If you come to /fit/ to fill the void of any self generated motivation you're not gonna make it. You're like that slutty whores who tries to fill the internal void of self esteem by taking as ma.y cocks as possible. If it doesnt come from within, you're not gonna make it.
Just think if you added "stopped working out and became an unfit piece of shit" to that list of bad just you just typed up. You would feel even worse. At least working out is something that you're still able to do.

No. I need to eat quite a bit to keep up my lifting schedule, which means a slightly higher bf% than skellymode, which means my face looks slightly puffier/shittier even though my body looks much better.
Basically my face looked better when I was a DYEL, and since I used to pull more I can only assume that face>body.
It's not about billing, it's about having the energy to keep up my lifting schedule. If I don't have at least a small caloric surplus I'm useless in the gym.
You're right about the meme though, no need to get truly fat to lift.
How to achieve this physique?
Why am I so bad at deadlift? I started it 2 months ago, at about 85kg x5 due to shitty grip. Now I do about 90kgx4, and my grip isn't much better. I can squat more than that. I'm bulking, have been for a while, and all my lifts are increasing relatively quick except my deadlift.

I have tendinosis in my patella knee that is healing currently, and we just found out that I have 3 sets of tendinitis in my shoulder, biceps tendon long/short and supraspinatus. Anti-inflammatory meds like advil could help with this but it has been proven to work against tendinosis (my knee). So many studies say it hault the healing of the knee and could potentially harm it. I dont know what to fricken do...

What do you use? How does it work? What side effects does it cause? Is it legal? Is it cheap? What kind of results can one expect?
I am acquainted with nicotine, caffeine and modafinil. I fully believe that appetite suppressant are a saner way than thermogenics and DNP to lose weight.

Caffeine works a bit too well for me. It happens quite often that the day passes and by the evening I realise I had not eaten a single bite.
It goes without saying that I'm a skeleton and avoid drinking coffee for this reason.
