Then when you're home again some part of you thinks "being out might be nice" but you prefer being at home.
Ok, so been lifting for 7 years. Perma bulker. Not, natty, basic roiding (not tren, just Deca, EQ, Test kinda stuff).
Got really strong, but still fat as a whale. 6'5" and 350 pounds.
DL is up to 847 and I can Clean + Press 407, squat is 700+.
Have had a repaired pec and bicep.
Not too mad facial looks if I got lean, strong jawline, normal straight nose, blue eyes.
What do from here? Diet down until visible abs? Start stronkman fitness channel? Slow diet to keep gains? Should I take acting classes? Just buy a house outside town,...

So having started as a pathetic weakling, I've been dirty bulking for quite some time, and I'm finally about to start cutting for the first time--overdid it a bit and ended up getting fat. Just want someone to look over my diet plan, make sure everything's on point i guess.
4 eggs, cup of milk, single serving of oatmeal. Multi, fish oil, scoop of BCAA.
Peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat, cup of milk with a scoop of whey in it.

Are any of you depressed? Have you ever been depressed? Has there been any connection (good or bad) between being fit and your depression?
My wife became severely depressed a year ago, and has struggled with it since, in spite of therapy. I have noticed that when she does go to the gym, she generally feels better for a little bit (however, I can't get her to go consistently, or to really push herself when she does go)
Any input at all is much appreciated
I get in to a funk pretty much every winter from November to at least March, and I am usually a little too pessimistic. I have lots of things I want to do in life but lack the willpower or drive to do anything. I often resort to drinking.
If I put a pull up bar in my bedroom doorway, and do a whole bunch of pull ups each time I go in and out of my room, will that be enough to see some results?
I've tried gyms, but I don't have the motivation to go, or to stay long whilst I'm there.
I just want to try to improve my life small steps at a time whilst I try to sort out my depression and motivation problems.

You're supposed to drink it before you get sick anon, but it can't hurt, it probably wont help, might as well just drink plenty of water and eat healthy so your body has an easier time fighting off the virus/infection/whatever
Personally just makes my piss fizzy as hell with no notable effects, if anything the sudden boost and fall makes your immune system weaker without it

Was lifting heavy shit at work, felt the center of my chest beside my sternum get strained somehow. It's been sore ever since. I still have full range of motion but it does hurt a little. Still breathing fine. Don't think I tore it but scared I pulled it and won't be able to lift. Am I doomed?
if you dont have any notable pain or any bruising whatsoever then just rest the pec until it feels 100%, once it heals up foamroll and lacrosse ball roll it out too prevent any scar tissue and tightening and get the bloodflow going, ease back into training, spend a few weeks building back up to ur old weights, dont just jump back into it
Yeah guys I turned my head while OHPing yesterday, and I was immediately in pain, I left the gym and went home and took some painkillers. What the fuck can I do to fix this? The left side of my neck is in agony whenever I turn my head, and especially if I tilt my head back.
