Guy who made the swoleamentary here haven't lurked in a while need some inspiration im just super tucked up losing my mind
>I recently keked someone https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PZCB6Vurc7s
Nice to be back
>started lifting in 2012
>still never been lean
>lifts are all shit
>still look like shit
>its nearly 2016
should i just give up?
I tracked calories and protein for the first 2.5 years. Then I got sick of it because gains were basically not happening anyway. Now I just eye-ball protein and cals and hope for the best and results haven't been any different compared to when I was tracking religiously.
I think im just gona start a bro split and starve myself and just go skele-lean-bro-mode. Better than being a builtfat turbo nerd that I am now.
Alright /fit/, it's time. I'm tired of wallowing in self pity, I'm tired of looking at myself and knowing what can be vs what is, my biggest problems always been self motivation though, is there a way I can overcome myself and start my journey to /fit/ness?
Fuck off there's nothing in the sticky about self motivation asshole, I'm just here to see what motivates others to do the work they do, to follow that diet or their daily regime, I am going to take that first step by going to the gym but all this fucking holiday food is soo tempting
>Asking for help to be self-motivated.
You... realise how fucking retarded that is, right?
Fuck motivation. What you need is discipline. Just fucking do it and don't anything stop you, especially yourself.
Read the sticky, eat right and fucking lift. Braindead meatheads have been doing it for centuries. If you think you can be better, prove it, or fuck off.
Lads. I just heard a recording of myself and I sound like a mewling beta queer. How do I fix this immediate problem?
Is this any worth starting on or do you guys have something better to recommend instead?
It's worth doing, you could add some extra work though.
When I did it I added 3x10 dips on bench day and 3x10 pullups on deadlift day. I also think squatting 3x a week is overkill unless you really want a big squat, so you could switch out squats on wednesday and add in some extra arm/shoulder work instead...
how do i hold the bar when doing dead lifts? i keep dropping it, not because my body cant handle, but because my grip strength is too weak. pls help
Let's play a little game /fit/ Have you experimented with a member of your own sex before?
Put an X to the furthest you got with them, ie: if you made out and then they gave you a blowjob, the X goes to oral.
Let's have a goal body thread /fit/
Post your fucking goal body.
It keeps changing, but I guess I'm working towards something like this. Its some anon on here. I'm 1 inch taller but I imagine it's still achievable.
I just want to look shredded, with visible abs.
If I can one day achieve visible abs without looking like a skinny DYEL I'll be happy.
I'm confident, because I see a lot of anons on here with my desired body, which really motivates me.
Should I do accessoires lifts while on SL5x5?
Some of my bodyparts are falling behind in terms of size, like my shoulders.
>Sure - do some light dumbell shoulder presses and flat DB presses on your rest days.
don't fucking do that
do you know what rest days are
they are for resting
dips and chins 3x5 both days
if you want more shoulders do lateral raises on a day and wide elbow rows/ face pulls on b day
if you want more arms then do tricep push down/ skull crushers and chins/ bicep curls
how into this mode?
Sup /fit/ I injures my back yestersay doing cable rows, I originally injured it a few months ago doing barbell rows parallel to the ground when I felt a pulling on my back and I dropped the barbell and my lower trap was in pain. I thought it was a muscle strain or something so I left it and didn't do any rowing movements for a few weeks and I did some cable rows yesterday and it came back. It hurts the lowest part of the trap where it connects to the lat and I also kinda feel it inside a bit kinda feels like my lungs. Pls help
Is the new Heavyweight champion of the world natty?
Wondering if I have low test. I'm fucking almost 21 barely grow facial hair, yet my family is hairy AF. Pic related. Excuse the shitty themed stache and hat.
How would you deduce from a single picture, whether I work or not?
If you are referring to whether I work out or not, I do. You should have just seen what I looked like before hand. I gained 15 kgs in a year and a bit. I was complete skelly before hand. My lifts dont look bad now either, compared to people in my gym.
German brothers, where is the best place to buy protein powder in Berlin?
