/fit/, this week I have an audition to be a group exercise instructor at my university's gym. I'll be instructing a 55 minute bootcamp class, so it's a circuit based class with a mix of cardio and strength with minimal equipment.

How does /fit/ get up in the morning?
Starting this next week and I've got a couple of questions.
Am I supposed to switch every week the optional exercises and accessories? It says to switch to dumbells but I don't fully get this. Does that mean I'm supposed to do the same workouts but one week with dumbells and the next without them?
What can I do if I can't workout on Mondays? Gym opens late that day and I have to work. Is it okay to go 4 days straight on this program?
Im new to 4chan so sorry if Im doing something wrong. Ive been going to gym for a couple months now and Im starting to see the gains but I have one problem. I already have pretty good abs, back and arms but always had a skinny chest. Ive been working on my chest a lot and its improving but only the outsides of my chest are improving and Im still stuck with a hole right above my abs where my ribs meet. What should I do so this "hole" fills in?
