Alright /fit/, fatass here, been going to my Uni's gym but now that the semester is over, I need to keep working out. I have little to no money for a gym membership and the only one near me is about an hour and a half away. Is there any sort of workout regime I can do at home for the month I'm off to keep losing weight? I've been looking at apps like Freeletics but you need to pay for them. Are there any free ones that I can follow ?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I usually go for runs at 5 in the morning when i dont have class but its becoming too cold outside unless I want to get extremely sick.
As it is I'm eating 1700 right now at 6'1" and I don't want to lower them anymore than that, which is why I was asking if there's any place or something I can follow that I can do inside my house for a month until school comes back around and I go back to the gym.
3 weeks of calisthenics, running twice a week, and sticking to 1600~ calories isn't helping a lot. 5'8" 210ibs, my maintenance is 2300 or so. Haven't really shed a pound visibly nor on the scale.
I've cut out all sweets except for one, once a week, under 200 calories, and I eat a decent amount of protein. I eat good food, no fast food or anything fatty.
What am I doing wrong?
you might have miscalculated your TDEE.
also make sure you drink plenty water, don't eat salty food (to keep a more constant scale reading), don't eat any foods at all with artificial sugar, sleep well and maybe throw in some cardio.
I drink only water, milk, and juice, with the occasional sugarfree Redbull(artificial sugar, but one every few days is the most I've had), though I do have bad sleeping habits. I've gotten used to it, but usually 3-5 hours is about all I get. Shits rough having a biological clock that keeps me up for 20 hours without a hitch but a schedule that doesn't let me get 8 hours of sleep.

I'm good. Doing 5/3/1. Squats was saturday night, ohp today. Slept all fucking day sunday. Two 50 hour weeks must have made me lazy, but ive got some overtime coming on my next check. Flirted with lots of cashiers black friday.
I was born with the worst type of genetic build which is skinny fat. I am pretty athletic and i play football and run track and over some years i think have burned off a good amount of my love handles. What else can i do to get rid of them for good.

Literally only the cardio in this workout is a pain, the pushups etc are easy as fuck and literally give you no gains once you can do them (day 1).
Basically this workout is crap unless you want to be really good at cardio and not be strong or big
