What was today's workout routine?
Why do fat arms get stretch marks but muscular arms don't
My arms aren't anywhere near as large as even kind of muscular dudes but I have stretch marks
Gym Etiquette - Chat/Talkin
Whats /fit/'s opinion?
I was always under the assumption that, unless you had something worthwhile to say, keep your mouth shut and do your work, let other people do theirs (this goes 100 fold for interaction with women).
Then today someone implied to me that, because I never talk to people, I'm an antisocial dick. I've been going to the same gym for years now and I always see the same people but I never chat, I don't have gymbros so I just have headphones on 24/7.
So what the fuck? If I make random...

Marc Jewbliner just BTFO Blahaha
what will blaha do? claim 21 inch biceps? claim 15% bf? claim everybody is on roids but him? do another cycle and fuck himself more? claim no one is better than him because he's james bond?
bump and reminder that blaha has probably used more steroids than anyone on youtube
Blaha is the fucking posterboy for the 'le don't wanna lose my strength XDDD permacut'
Cutting is like fucking a fat chick, shit needs to be done HARD and FAST and move the fuck on, else you'll be using sterons, sarms, foreskin lotions and shit and still look like that pic
>tfw can't fap or be aroused because I have a heart monitor for 24h and the doctors will see it
How can mirrors be real if these gains aren't real?
>tfw 18" arms
It seems that a steroid user has left the cheaters reserve, the /fraud/ general. Deal with him with respect! He's not like us, he does not have the strong mind required to improve yourself.
You all have probably noticed a lot of people going vegetarian or vegan these days (even Latsbrah posted a video today).
I'm also thinking about the decision to cut meat from my diet, but I like to find a golden middle ground.
Since I'd always prefer seafood over pork, beef or chicken, I thought about trying out pescetarianism (vegetarian + seafood basically)
What are your thoughts about this? Any experiences? Anyone interested as well?
I think you should eat red meat for the carnitine, I eat grass-fed venison - I avoid factory-farmed meat.
I recommend oysters for zinc (I assume they're pescetarian) and liver has high levels of vitamin A but I haven't found any that isn't factory-farmed so I'm in two minds.
I think the middle ground is to still eat meat and make it a lot less than the usual "meat every other meal".
Yes or No?
Is the effect of smoking weed on testosterone significant enough to actually make a noticeable difference in muscle from lifting?
It's time to confess your sins to Arnold, anon.
Forgive me Father, for I have sinned.
My breakfast consisted of 2 cookies and a 2 scoop shake of brotein.
After work I will repent with supersets to my arms and chest in hopes of being forgiven.
I've been too busy with work, friends, college and student association to work out. Last saturday I worked out for the first time in two weeks and this week I have no spare 1,5 hours either.
As a result, my benchpress and push- and pullups have been stagnating for 4 months or so
I drink too much alcohol
I'm out of creatine but haven't the money for new at the moment
I have a home gym, but only 122kg so that's where my deadlift is stagnating. I now have to do deadlift for reps to get anything out of it
is it even possible to dunk as a 5'9'' white man? fucking hell, I do my powercleans and train hard but that fucking rim seems as far as the first day
Why are so many having whey for breakfast? Get some eggs for breakfast, no wonder you aren't making gainz.
So in other words, you have have whey for breakfast.
You should only start cutting when you hit 1/2/3/4. Anyone else agrees?
I was wondering if there is a way to counteract the effects of refined sugar on the body (especially insuline resistance and inflammation).
Apparently fruits and vegetables are healthier, despite containing fructose/glucose, since they are high in fiber.
Would taking fiber (like in psyllium husk) when consuming refined sugar have a similar effect?
Any other ideas?
