You all have probably noticed a lot of people going vegetarian or vegan these days (even Latsbrah posted a video today).
I'm also thinking about the decision to cut meat from my diet, but I like to find a golden middle ground.
Since I'd always prefer seafood over pork, beef or chicken, I thought about trying out pescetarianism (vegetarian + seafood basically)

I think you should eat red meat for the carnitine, I eat grass-fed venison - I avoid factory-farmed meat.
I recommend oysters for zinc (I assume they're pescetarian) and liver has high levels of vitamin A but I haven't found any that isn't factory-farmed so I'm in two minds.
I think the middle ground is to still eat meat and make it a lot less than the usual "meat every other meal".

I was wondering if there is a way to counteract the effects of refined sugar on the body (especially insuline resistance and inflammation).
Apparently fruits and vegetables are healthier, despite containing fructose/glucose, since they are high in fiber.
Would taking fiber (like in psyllium husk) when consuming refined sugar have a similar effect?

There are absolutely no benefits in drinking alcohol (besides social gains), and no matter what you do, you will never reach your true potential if you drink alcohol on a regular basis.
Personally, I go out once a week and have a few shots of liquor; I stay sober for the rest of the week.
