Started going back to the gym last week after two years out. Currently working on my silhouette, so glutes and legs because I like the thick look.
What can I do about my arms? My arms are just fucking ridiculous. I'm frightened weights will make them both fat and muscly. How do I shift it and get normal, feminine arms?

Does anyone else experience them? I feel between 10 to 20 a day. I do not have any other symptoms, they just feel weird and a bit unconfortable. I've been to the cardiologist and I got a electrocardiogram and ultrasonography of my heart and she told me everything is fine and that it may be stress-related but I'm rarely feeling stressed. They haven't been happening forever, they started about 2 months ago and got more frequent.
Also, my muscles sometimes twitch and it can happen with any muscles. Any explanation for these?

You can remain slim when your body doesn't use the food and you shit out much of it. But you cannot get really fat without eating a caloric surplus for a long time.

Either eat more or stop running and focus on 5x5 90% of people who lift while on a caloric surplus should hit 3pl8 squats within a year. That's being incredibly generous and if you seriously train it shouldn't take more than four months to hit 3pl8s

How does it feel to be the victim of darwinism, dumbasses? Doing 2 extremely high risk exercises that don't yield any additional gains you couldn't get from safer exercises with virtually no injury risk like leg press and hyperextensions? Heck squats even suck as a leg builder, your leg gains are held back by your back strength.
