Sup /fit/ I've got knee pain that hasn't gone away. I did lunges about 3 weeks ago, and the day after, my knees were sore, I wasn't too concerned. But it's been 2 weeks and they're still sore, they hurt when I run on them, right below the knee cap. Anyone ever gone through this? I'm seeing a doctor this week too.

the whole point of multiple sets is that you're going to be more tired on the next set, so the exercise is harder
