How's that weight loss going /fat/?
Personally I'm down 32 kg since January.
Anyone know of any supplements that help with weight loss?

Downing one or two full glasses of water after a meal usually allows me to eat half the amount I would require to be full normally. It doesn't get you completely full, but with a bit of willpower you can eat way less and still not feel like you're punched in the gut.
I'm already at a 1000 calorie deficit compared to my TDEE and I work out 5 times a week so I can't really do much more than I am in that regard. I could drink more water though I suppose.
So I've been 5'9" and a stable 275 lbs for a few years now. I've been keeping track of my calorie intake and I average around 2000-2200 a day. I don't work out regularly, but I'm not entirely sedentary either, usually hitting 10,000 steps a day according to my phone.
What's /fit/ recommend when your metabolism is in the shitter? I'm panicking a little because my doctor actually recommended gastric bypass surgery and doesn't think exercise would be enough for me to lose weight.

Nigga, thyroid condition does not affect weight loss at all as long as you take your fucking TSH. And that's comming from a guy with a thyroid that's 3 times smaller than it should be.
Working out more will hopefully be accomplished shortly upon finally getting a car. I figure I'm going to need a gym membership to counter not having to walk everywhere anyway.
It seems to have been a factor for me. Even when I was working out 4 hours a week for two months for a college course I didn't lose any weight, just felt like shit all of the time.
How can I just increase my strength but not my size?
I'm happy with my size and prefer dense muscle to puffy one !
I'm doing HIIT cardio and most of my compound lifts are in 4x5 range with heavy volume
Is smoking an effective way to lose weight? what about just chewing nicotine gum?
There is a section about stacking nicotine with caffeine, it is a not as effective EC stack but it will still blunt your appetite and yeah chew gum or wear a patch.
2 a.m. here in Philly. Just pulled a 545 lbs raw deadlifts at 190 lbs, 5 feets 10 incheroonies, roughly 10ish% body fat. Feels good man.

How to I achieve this mode?
Your pic is pretty easy to achieve, in case you have wide shoulders. Do some core workout, some pushups, some chinups and then cut until you are 10%bf or something. There are many people that have that kind of muscle without needing to work out and just need to cut.
