Just started lifting this week(used to only have small dumblels lel) any tips for pullups I'm doing negatives already.Any barbell excersice help?Would barbel rows help make ma lats stronger or be a good assistance excersice.
Deadlifts and rows. You can also do ab rollouts with a barbell, lots of people do them with pullups but they don't help that much (I think mostly it's for other stuff like progressing to flags and that).
Do scooby's one for a bit or you can go to

I had a bloody nose one time in my sleep and when I woke up I had a terrible splitting headache
Mouth tasted like iron, nose was stuffed to shit, felt absolutely awful.
Got in my shower and began digging in my nose and pulled out a giant thick as shit blob of half congealed blood.
Was the most satisfying feeling as I was pulling it out, I could feel it exiting the back of my nose right under the bridge as I pulled it and it tickled the entire time
