You start on a full-body beginners routine to make the hypertrophy workouts viable later. There's a reason you see skeletons doing sets of 8+ reps, and it's not because they haven't been working out long.

Get out and start taking swing/salsa dancing lessons. Ideally both.
I just got back from a night out at a combined dance event and had the time of my life. I left with three numbers and spent the evening with dancing with gorgeous women.
Seriously, it's a great way to fix that terrible autism you have, put your gains to use, and it's just straight up fun.
Just make sure that before you go to lessons:
-Be well groomed. Don't wear a fucking suit but looks presentable, that includes a flattering haircut, well fitted clothes, and a shower sometime prior to going.
-Communicate if you don't have any experience dancing, but express eagerness. Everyone is there to have fun so this should be pretty easy.
-Just keep going and practice. Sooner you start the sooner you'll get there.

I don't even like dancing but went with my fiancee. Wide range of women there who are all pretty eager to practice and have fun with whomever. Had some girl shout out an invitation from across the room. If I had gone alone I could have danced all night without having to ask a single person to the floor.

Are shoulders the most complex muscle group to work? You gotta do different exercises to hit the front delts, rear delts, side delts. I've only been doing barbell OHP and incline DB press, and recently just started doing facepulls. Should I do reverse flyes instead? Should I also do lat raises? What do YOU do?
1. You're prob a my doing facepulls wrong. I was until yesterday. Search for Omar's video on them.
2. For lateral raises, bend slightly at the hips, and keep your elbows bent. You shouldn't be focused on lifting your hands so much as lifting your elbows, which the hands will then follow. Elbows come to shoulder level, hands stay slightly below. This method will naturally recruit your traps, which is good for your traps but will slow your shoulder development. I have very thick hair - don't have family history of hair loss and creatine works SUPER well for me. I shoot up 12lbs after a month on it.

What are some jobs that require you to be /fit/?
I'm at a point in my life where I need to soon decide what career I will be settling into. At uni I'm going into STEM, but if I exercise, why not settle for minimalism and get an active job?
