124.61 gram / day
Which means she's been eating her TDEE + 1122 calories for 2 years to gain this much.
Is this correct or wrong?

So, I live at a military school. We're offered three all you can eat meals a day. I eat until I have the urge to throw up and drink 2-4 glasses of milk every meal. We can also get a max of 8 hours of sleep if we fall asleep immediately at lights out.
My lifts have been stalling and my weight isn't going up either.
Should I just start eating peanut butter sandwiches and milk every meal or nap during the afternoon? I can't seem to find the problem. It was much easier to bulk during the summer when I could spread it through out the day...

It doesn't even work: There's a group of people that do IF for religious purposes once a year (Muslims) and they get fatter from it.
I dunno man. When I go on a cut, I do 2400kcal, IF, and a thermogenic. Fat fucking melts off me. I don't know about the science behind IF, but if nothing else the small eating window helps me restricted calorie intake.
Do drugs kill gains /fit/?
I smoke up about 5 times a week, take coke every weekend and snort meth around once a month. I occasionally dabble in shrooms too but I haven't had any since summer.
So will this affect my lifting progression and routine or not? I mean I'm getting stronger, but could my lifting progress be even faster without the drugs?
