If one erotically plays with his nipples everyday, does he risk getting gyno?
A-Asking for a friend...
For the people who have a 24hour gym, is there any time where it is completely empty?
I'd like to get a fucking thick neck, at least 18 inches of circumference.
Any idea how to make it muscular as shit?
So, guys, what are your thoughts about Phraks Greyskull LP routine?
Can I add 2-4 sets of arm accessories to both workouts? Like facepulls and skullcrushers on bench and row days, and bicep curls and lateral raises on ohp and chinup days.
I'm planning on losing a shit load of weight over the next year (340-350 pounds atm) to about 200-220 with a lot of muscle and not much fat. I know, good luck right...
Anyhoo, I vaguely remember a Greys Anatomy episode where a fat lady lost weight for a surgery, she went from fat to not quite so fat. The sudden weight loss made her heart weak somehow and she ended up almost dying.
TL;DR can you get serious health problems if you lose too much weight too quickly? ( I don't care about the skin thing right now)
You can lose weight too quickly, throwing your body out of whack, causing excess strain on your organs (liver and heart specifically), which are already under a great deal of stress from the massive amount of weight it is working under, which can cause them to fail. Typically you die from cardiac problems or renal failure, or you can end up in a position where you are now working with less than you had before (body health-wise) which results in the person no longer desiring to lose weight, only to live a little longer.

Unless you plan on goin on all kinds of gear, this won't be possible.
More infographs/diet templates like this please, also what time and what amount of calories are people generally consuming after they workout? Morning gym goers usually fast or have their biggest meal for the day early, what's a rule of thumb for those that may have already consumed 2000-3000 calories that day and workout in the afternoon/evening? Is it a trade off between workout performance and gains/recovery or should it all balance itself out?
I don't feel healthy and I want to by drinking these smoothies everyday and working out. Any recommendations for smoothies that contain all nutrients I should get daily?
You'll quit after a week because drinking nothing but smoothies will never satisfy you and you'll be miserable. Don't be a retard, just shave 200-400 calories off your TDEE and eat normally or you'll just quit and gain nothing. Baby steps, walk before you try running.
Me on the right with mah goal body.
Obviously I need to lose ~4% bf, but besides that...
Suggested workout? What do you think is a reasonable time frame is to match/exceed my goal? Cheers
(I'm genetically gifted in the legs department)
Here's a more recent pic after a a few months of bulking. Somewhat bigger but also fatter
Hey brahs! Been liftin 2 years and just broke a new PR!
My lifting mate is more experienced and says I'm still DYEL mode. :-(
What do you guys think of my development so far?
I've been using keto to cut to great success.
To address the typical comments that people say about keto:
Yes, I know calories in vs calories out is the key factor in weight loss
I'm still tracking calories and staying in a deficit
Yes, I know low carb diets result in losing water weight
I can tell the difference between water weight and fat. I've lost fat, not just water.
The main reason I like it is satiety. I can eat a big ass plate of pasta or rice and feel hungry again in 2 hours. But, if I eat a steak with some greens I feel...

I started getting heart palpitations and feeling really gross/heavy/weird after eating high fat meals after a few months. My lifts stagnated, didn't really change much. And I was sweating a lot.
What foods are u eating? whats your meal plan like
Here's what I ate today, it's pretty typical of what I usually eat:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, spinach, frozen berries
Lunch: salad with vinaigrette (oil+vinegar), chicken thighs, hard boiled egg
Dinner: Steak, collard greens
I pretty never eat snacks since I've started keto.
Serious questions, why were Bruce Lee's lower lats so wide? I know some of it is an optical illusion because of the high pants but even so it seems like I see a lot of guys with big thick lats, but they don't (visibly) extend nearly as far down as Bruce's did. Genetics? His routine? Also, tips for wide lower lats if you have them.
What do you guys do to reward yourself after a productive day?

What's the difference between a pull up and a chin up? Is it just the grip difference? (chin-up overhand, pull up underhand)?
then why are neutral grip pull ups only pull ups? is there more to this movement than just supination?
I'm new to lifting, joined an Olympic weightlifting gym - want to learn the sport
Its been like a month and i still haven't perfected the squat form, needs some tweaking and i think itll be good. Im 6 2 and have gotten more flexible and shit in this time
Is this normal or am i just autistic? I'm not the best at learning new stuff. How long did it take you to learn proper form?
Is this buttwink?
Recently fucked up my back through rounding it while squatting/DLing
why lift? Girls don't even care about it
I don't get why anyone would spend 4hours a day in the gym trying to grow bigger muscles and eating like a glutton
Who else rows here for their cardio?
