Slept in. Played guitar for few hours. Went to Costco. Had a dance lesson. Saw a girl (~30 years old, 5/10) with a flat tire, walked over and put the spare on for her. She wanted to get my information so she could repay me, I said "don't worry about it" and left.

Yesterday when I was joking about crowdfunding my squat shoes, it gave me an idea for something cool an unattainable.
It would be cool to put together a /plg/ fund and use it as a seed to setup almost a sponsorship for some of the more promising lifters in need. Like we could cover a few meet entries per year or something.
2nd for the comfy in /plg/ is gone since the mods started giving a shit about it.

Hey guys, relatively new to working out--it's been roughly a year or so.
Was wondering how you guys deal with your protein farts, and if there's a way to reduce how gassy I am.
I'm generally able to let them out without people noticing, as there are usually semi-frequent periods of time when I'm not around other people at my job, and I've gotten pretty good at farting silently.
