What's the success of a succesfull cut ?
I can't seem to maintant my progress. As soon as I start to see my abs, I fuck up a few weeks after.

Seriously, i just started lifting but my butt has always been big. It's gotten bigger, and it kind of discourages me from wanting to do legs. I don't want to be a no-leg fuck when i eventually get bigger; what do I do? What have you guys done?

I don't know, I never fuck in missionary, as I don't like that position. I just assume that you are perfectly allowed to rest some of your weight on her. She won't die from that.

I just tried it and I noticed that it uses more chest and less triceps/shoulders that flat bench.
I've been doing a decent amount of incline benching and overhead press in addition to flat bench so my shoulders feel like they never really recover.
I'm thinking that subbing flat bench for decline will allow my shoulders to recover a bit better.

It's a fantastic exercise: do do it. Lately I just do decline then incline. The traditional flat bench is good, but I feel benching from either angle is more versatile and works more muscles. Allegedly reduces injury risk over flat benching.

What do you think about the One Punch Man workout?
There are much better workouts but if you just want to stay healthy it will work.
I would add 30 pull ups (in as few sets as possible) and reduce the 10km running to every other day instead of daily.
You won't get super jacked or shredded doing this but you'll be healthy, in decent shape, and will look better than the typical fat non-exercising slob.
