Guys, you've convinced me that dumbbells aren't enough and that I should get my ass into barbell lifting, SS and all.
Now, a gym membership in the nearest gym would cost around 2000 dollars for a year (in American units), so I figure I'm better off buying the damn equipment myself for a fraction of that price and have all I need at home. I reckon it would cost less than 2000 units.
I've seen benches at 70 euros; is it possible to have quality at such a price?
What do I really need?
Does it matter what barbell I get as long as it's...

I got two floors in my apartment and intend to lift upstairs, so I doubt they'd hear much of anything.
You wouldn't laugh because I don't even have any. I've literally never lifted a BB in my entire life. Been training with DB and some full body routine for over 7 months now; I feel ready to tackle a BB (without weight, at least).
Is Rob Riches natty?
When posed with the question if someone is natty ask yourself two questions.
1) Are they exceptionally lean?
2) Do they have exceptional mass?
If you answered yes to both these questions, they most likely are not natty.
How did you start going to the gym? I have no friends and can't pay for a personal trainer. How am I supposed to know that I'm doing things right? Isn't it weird when someone just lifts the empty bar?
Why even try?
don't worry i'm sure you're all just TOO good looking to get good matches.
Running. Pros/cons when already lifting 5x/week?

Whatever weight you can complete the rep scheme your program demands with good form...
For sets of five i normally go 110% of my CJ. Your deadlift has nothing to do with your clean pulls.
>tfw you will never have oly friends to go to normie gyms with and amaze everyone with your strength.
I'd like to do a scientifically accurate test.
Tell me two things about yourself.
1) Are you a former fatty?
2) Before /fit/'s influence, how much disdain you had for fat people on a scale from 1-10?
1) was/is. Closing in tho.
2) before I actually believed the "love your body" "someone will love you anyways" bullshit. Now I hate myself, all fatties, all feminists, 90% of the people in the world, all the people on the internet, everyone I see, everyone I talk to, every who talks to me. I hate.
trainer at gym doesnt want me to do deadlifts and wont teach me he says they are dangerous, he also said that i need to practice doing bodyweight squats for 2 weeks until he will teach me how to do it with barbell, i dont know what to do. i wanna start now i also want to do deadlifts
it's highly likely that your trainer doesn't even use proper form, let alone can teach it. you should just ignore him and watch some youtube videos instead. start with the bar, no plates, until you have decent form and then start to slowly add weight.
Teach yourself via sticky. Watch videos online, progress slowly but surely, and record yourself and always be aware of your form. Eventually you can either find a lifting buddy who can give you real time tips and pointers, or eventually you just train enough to know what you're doing.
/fit/ I'm hungry as fuck. Give me your /fit/ recipes to expand my culinary horizons.
Any unhealthy habits you would like to kick but can't?
> coffee addict
> 3-6 cups a day
> must be the extra strong brand
> get strong headache when not consuming some caffeine for more than 6 hours
> mfw trying to quit
...not gonna make it.
The worst part is I could cut out at least 300 kcal a day by quitting.
>mfw didn't try coffee until I was 18
>mfw hated it and haven't had any since
Feels good to not be an addict.
>end of 2014
>benched 205 for 1 rep
>end of 2015
>can now do 4 reps
I've heard plenty of people complain about this but I've never actually seen it.
Everyone I've seen complain about having overdeveloped glutes either:
1) wasn't lean and simply stored a lot of fat on their ass
2) had an overdeveloped lower body in general including their quads and hamstrings
I've never seen someone who had normal sized quads and hamstrings and legitimately overdeveloped glutes.
In my opinion delts and glutes are the 2 muscle groups that are impossible to overdevelop.
1.) READ THE PASTEBIN BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS
2.) QUESTIONS THAT AREN'T COVERED BY THE PASTEBIN
>Day [1-5] I'm not feeling it. Is my DNP underdosed?
No, it's called blood buildup and it's normal. Look it up.
>Day 5+ and I'm still not feeling it. Is my DNP underdosed?
Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.
>Any other NOT FEELING IT YET questions
Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.
>Day [1-7] and I haven't lost any weight
>Day [1-7] and I have gained weight
Heavy water retentions in the first week. It's normal.
>Day [7+] and I haven't lost any weight
More info needed. What's your diet like? How big is your deficit? How much DNP are you on? Are you tracking your calories?
>Day [7+] and I have gained weight
All of the above + stop being a fat fuck and eat less.
>Should I take my doses all at once or spread throughout the day?
Doesn't matter. Spread throughout for stable blood levels. All at once for more intense sides at first and less intense sides 12 hours after
>How much time should I wait between cylces.
At the very least do time on = time off.
More is better though, especially if you plan on doing more than 2 cycles. A lot of anons posted that they had less results with time on = time off the second and third time around.
>Day [1-21] and I think I got PN
No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.
>Where can I buy this shit?
Fuck you. Read the pastebin before asking questions. All Shills in this thread are to be trusted.
I just took my first cap of DNP (200mg powder), when should I start feeling the effects?
I didn't carb deplete beforehand, but I'll keep my carbs low for the coming days so DNP can go to down.
No normie shit
