Used lifting log for awhile because I loved the simplicity. Doesn't have a backup function though. So I figured I might see what else is out there.
I trying simple workout trainer but didn't like how the workout plan had to be restrictive (cant change bench for DP bench if I feel like it on a given workout for example).

Very common view, and one that agree with. After switching to dumbbell press, I finally have some chest muscle for the first time in my life and can feel my chest doing most of the pushing.
