Just realized how stupid that was. Of course replacing fat with muscle will make you gain weight. I just don't want to gain to much more than I already have
Do more cardio (HIIT maybe), ear cleaner (maybe do kero or intermittent fasting), and drink two cups of water before each meal, apparently it does something for belly fat loss (Scooby talks about it in a video).

i really like cleans. i don't think anything has improved my upper back more than oly lifting.
having big traps also kinda depends on your posture (and insertions obv). i had a thicker neck when i practiced muay thai and was constantly hunched over and doing clinch work.

I genuinely think his physique is a desirable and realistic goal for the average guy. What think?
he doesn't look bad - which is fine. he's chosen to be funny and charismatic and play off of his good looks + personality for social status. it's cool that it works for him.
if you don't have those things then you have to make up for it with a nice body. and if you are "serious" about fitness as a hobby or lifestyle then i'd hope you look more impressive than that.
