Any of you fellas train/compete in Brazilian Jiu jitsu. If so how has this affected your workout regimen?
it comes down to priorities...if bjj is your priority you have to change your lifting regiment to compliment your bjj...if not they can get in the way of eachother. if your just having fun you can do everything
>Be fat fuck
>Try to lose weight
>Get really, really hungry in the evenings
>Feel like a fat fuck
>Try to lose weight
>Rinse and repeat
I'm not going to make it, bros.
Every time you give in you make it much harder to not give in the next time. Start out by limiting sweets to ever other day, and then every third and then once a week or something and stay with that. Or take even smaller steps, as long as you're progressing. Don't go all in and then quit like some idiot. Take small steps and be consistent 80% of the time.
I'd offer you some cheese with that whine but you'd probably overeat and cry about it.
Hi, /fit/. I've been a picky eater my whole life, but recent health problems have encouraged me to do otherwise. Since then, I've been able to eat:
What other vegetables should I start eating that contain nutritional value that my list might be lacking? Any advice greatly appreciated.
Leafy greens like spinach and kale. Red cabbage is fantastic, too. Beets are supposed to be good for you.
Protip: make smoothies. Blend the shit out of your vegentables and drink em, add in some frozen berries to make it taste good (don't use juice or anything).
i'm too lazy to lift weights but running a couple miles is alright
am i a fag?
i'm thinking of adding in some pushups/squats/crunches so i at least have a little definition.
but lifting weights is just too time consuming for a busy 4chan browser like myself.
Still think vegans are weak ass bitches?
/fit/ is it possible to achieve Steve Reeves mode naturally?
Post ending in 61 decides my youtube channel name.
It's about fitness.
How can I improve?
>back and sides coming
I strongly believe my legs are too big (bet you've never heard that before)
My squat is 140kg, my bench is 60kg. It's ridiculous.
I honestly wish to fix this imbalance so I'm running starting strength.
However I do not wish to progress squats, if anything I want my legs to become smaller temporarily.
Should I drop squats completely for now or just don't go above 100kg for 5 reps until my lifts even out? I'll be able to get up to 140kg again in a couple months.
For now I wish to concentrate on bench.
I just don't know...

Unorthodox exercises -go!
Pic related, it's a hack squat.
Yesterday was my first day at the gym. It hurts when I raise my arms. It's awesome. After a long time barely dealing with depression I need this, /fit/. I have to make it.
Also, do you have any advice/things you wish you knew when you started?
Warm up before lifting and stretch afterwards.
You made the best choice you could ever do.
How can you even compete with this
>Inbefore roiding nigger
He's proven to be natty
>implying I am competing with anyone else other than who I was yesterday
I've noticed that I grab the bar and push it downwards as I'm going up finishing my squat.
Does anyone else accidentally do this?
Is this bad?
