I have a health question, hope this is the right board
I've recently noticed that sometimes my pubes are falling out in massive chunks when I shower with no apparent impetus. Is that something you guys think I should be worried about enough to schedule a doctor's appointment?
My first guess would be that the shampoo I'm using on my pubes is somehow not good for them, but I've got no clue. Any advice would be appreciated.
My lifts are as follows:
250 lbs DL
150 lbs Bench
100 lbs OHP
should i do starting strength or an intermediate program?
Daily reminder that Dagon mode is superior to gorilla mode
Dagon mode is done by 4 days of lifting per week and 2 of swimming. It's best done in Lousianna, New England, Cascadia, Europe, point Nemo or the Levant.
Your goal is definition and to bench your weight or higher but to be strong and agile. Gorilla mode will get rekt by Dagon mode in a fist fight. All Blacks are becoming gorilla mode, and southerners meth mode. White Northerners need to become Dagon mode.

Im fat and I want to change. What is a good weekly workout routine for me to build muscle?
I know dieting is more important in the long run but I fear that without a good routine I'll lose more muscle than fat.
So far through dieting I've lost 18lbs but my push-ups and sit-ups have suffered. My bench and squats have suffered even more.
I know starting strength and cardio, but what is cutfam?
Also what is a sure fire way to eat below my daily caloric burn (tdee). I believe I currently eat well below it... which would account for the rapid loss.
Currently doing 1.5mile a day with pushups and situps
>I know dieting is more important in the long run but I fear that without a good routine I'll lose more muscle than fat.
You won't. Starvation mode is a meme. You don't need to worry in the slightest if you have above 15% body fat and are eating more than 800Cal a day. The tolerances are probably even lower than that but if you're above those it shouldn't even be on your radar.
Eighteen pounds ain't shit for the start of a diet since you're...

Am I still natty if I used chalk on my diddles /fit/?
My tremors are getting worse...
Any middle aged men on /fit/? Do you alter your training much from the sticky?
I did an experiment, I wanted to prove vegans wrong about fat-meat-highcholesterol link, so I ate like this for 1 month straight:
Breakfast: Margarine (artificial/shitty version of butter), shitty paté/pasty (made from pig liver) and/or shitty salami (cheapest processed meat i found)
Lunch: 3-4 eggs, lots bacon, brocolli or cabbage salad
Snack: vitamin pill or chocolate or honey
Dinner: чвapци (Serbian "specialty", snack made of 100% pig fat), lots of milk/cheese, and пpшyтa (quality meat), everything really spiced up
Also, stood up late most of the nights and drank lots of energy drinks (exam month), drank lots of alcohol (celebrating successful exams), but most importantly, exercised for half an hour every day and had regular sex.
Overall: shitty life, shitty food, almost no fruits and vegetables, but added exercise and sex

I wanted to prove vegans wrong, and prove right following theory
>Fat is not bad if you use it as energy, and not store it
So, did I succeed? Also, discuss.
Why the fuck do all of these plebcock low-carbers/ anti-vegan shitcunts have this pretentious idea that they can conduct scientific research on their own?
Do you really think that scientists, with decades of experience in the field, have missed something when they conduct their peer-reviewed clinical trials? Guess you showed them, right? Those incompetent doctors and medical researchers don't know anything about the effects of lipid ingestion and dietary cholesterol on serum cholesterol levels.
How does it feel knowing that when you die your body will deteriorate away while your consciousness and all of the knowledge, memories and emotions you have made will continue to flourish and grow and abandon everything temporal in order to continue in eternity?
How does it feel falling for the mortal, material trap?
>tfw tried gym for 2 months
>stoped going cause it lacked spirit
>went back to judo and now i'm very happy with it
>tfw i'll never have achieve any gains
I dunno... Gym lacks an objective and interaction that only sports provide...
What's your excuse for skipping core day?
How does /fit/ feel about bodyweight training?
Been 10/10 disciplined with eating and training for the last 11 months, finally made it through the last part of my cut for Stereo last weekend.
Couldn't have done it without the aesthetic boyz sticking by me day in day out. TFW you finally make it brahs.
Answering questions/giving advice on lifting and diet for the next half hour GO
I'd like to start meditating, but I can't find any guides that aren't full of hippie/new-age bullshit.
Does this count as a /fit/ topic, and if so, can y'all point me in the right direction?
i've seen the same post so many times. you don't need a guide to meditation. you just sit there, focus on good posture, focus on breathing. from there you can either
>let your mind wander and observe where it goes
>restrain your mind and keep it from wandering, focus only on breathing
i prefer the second, crazy relaxing once you have some success with it
