SO I went to the doctor recently and he told me that I got pretty low testo levels but he doesn't want to prescribe me anything for it because I'm still "within range" so I'll have to come up with a way to get that shit up by myself. Looked at some natural ways to get it up but it all seemed like bullshit. Any tip? What are some good products?

Honestly? I'm abroad right now so I can't lift, but even before I left I hadn't lifted for weeks because of work. But I've quit and so once I get back home I'll be able to lift until I get a new job, and that thought makes me erect. Posts like yours make me even more erect.

I count calories, I have a food scale, I do everything right, but holy fuck... It's so tiring. Eating just 200g of chicken if such a fucking bore.

Hey /fit/ so I finally decided I am really fucking tired of being fat. I want to live a good life after many years of depression and being fat and doing nothing. I'm a girl 165 cm and about 90kg. I want to have a body of a girl every guy dreams of. Sad part is I have 0 experience in exercise whatsoever so I need your help. Is there preferably a way to do this at home? Kinda awkward to go to the gym. Either way I have 2 years to do this. I went on a diet once without exercise and lost 18kg but it didn't make much of a difference.
I'm also a grill, also 165cm. Most ive been is 80kg, at the moment down to 65. I find exercise easier than counting calories, i just don't eat many unhealthy foods. Would you like to add me on skype/email/something? Myself I run and do body weight exercises, although a friend of mine is convincing me to go to the gym together.

I want to be a Navy Seal, I'm 6ft 180pounds, started working out recently.
- 20 pushups/situps in a single sitting
- 15 minutes to run about a mile (running two every other day)
- can do like 2/3rds a pullup (cause I'm pathetic)
- not quite sure how fast I swim but I know it isn't to fast
How long would it reasonably take me to get into shape, and perhaps some suggestions as to how I would.
Look bro, take the ASVAB or another military aptitude test before thinking about what you want to do in the services, you might not even have the mental fortitude for a Navy Seal, or you might score high enough that there's better positions available. Explore your options, I scored 92 in advance but being a neet untrusting of the gov decided to pass despite recruiters efforts
I go to a local gym in a townhall which is furnished with equipment a guy who moved away left behind. It's not bad, but some of the stuff is homemade and quite dangerous (such as the bar holders for squats)... and, basically, the mayor told me he's gonna give us some money to furnish it properly.
Are there any people who know sometHing about it and could advise me a bit?
