Hey faggots, assuming you don't scoop, how do you get your macros right?
I'm always falling short on protein. I know about the chicken breast meme but what do you eat with it? Do you guys just eat chicken breast by itself on every meal?
I'm an almost-vegan pescetarian and I get 150g of broteins/day
I just get 200g of mixed legumes with my broccoli each day plus tofu (very high in broteins and low in calories) /seitan and some mixed nuts (dem cashews, but high in calories); sometimes mackerel
Brah get oven bags, cut up 1kg of chicken breast into about 7 chunks, put it in the bag with some herbs and/or your favorite sauce or any marinade, close the bag and shake til sauce evenly spreads, fan forced oven at 180c for 40-50 minutes.
Depending on what sauce you just made delicious moist chicken without adding many extra cals, so it wont fuck your macros up, now add rice/potato for necessary carbs, remember to eat at least 3 serves of veges a day, broccoli and capsicum are ez to make dishes with, omelets...

Stats: 5'11/180 cm, 155 lb/170 kg, 20 yo
Squat: 355/160 kg x 1
Ded: 415/190 kg x 1
Binch: 225/100 kg x 1
I eat between 2800 and 3300 kcal a day, which is more than enough for my legs to keep progressing, but when it comes to bench I just hit a standstill. 225 has been my max for the past 6 months, whereas my squat has gone from ~305 to 350 in the same amount of time.
I'm running candito, who's not exactly the picture of a balanced lifter. Any better routines to suggest?

i went from 24ish to 12 in like 3 months.. but my last comp test I lost 5 lbs of muscle and and 5lbs of fat... so I gotta eat more or not do cardio...
you can do it fast if you don't give shit about losing muscle.
