Do You really need incline bench?
although true that flat bench stimulates the entire pec, you can emphasize the higher or lower pecs with incline and decline movements respectively.
Guys who only flat bench tend to develop more bottom heavy chests, more boob like if you know what I mean. As a natural you will never get those extremely full pecs from top to bottom with great cleavage but you can definately alter benching angles to emphasize what you want in your chest.
>gym is closed from Christmas eve to the 3rd of January
>I have to miss a week and a half of sessions
Why do they do this?
>Actually wanting to go to the gym on new years day
Do push-ups AND abs give results without any weight lifting? I've beeing doing this for a week now and want to know if i'll need to start lifting.
I don't have any problems woth time I'm determined to take this foward as long as I need.
>Before entering Scoop Club you have to say my name to prove you're not a human.
Is he natty?
He lives in my area and I called him for an interview for my final paper in college.
What question should I ask him?
If this thread last long enough I'll take a picture with him and post it here.
College fag here. Gotta go home for a month for winter break so no weight room, just me and a pull up bar.
i weigh 175 and can
pull ups +10lbx10
I want to cut in weight about 8lb, and i need a routine i can build muscle or at least not lose strength. im still on the noob gains upswing but what do you guys do for bodyweight when you have to?
i was thinking push ups, pull ups, and wall sits to failure every other day.
Do calisthenics everyday or at least try to. Also perform a lot of sets, at least 15. Do as many reps as you can with each set. Resting periods also need to be really short, like around 10 to 15 seconds. Apply these techniques to each exercise you do. It gets pretty intense and you will make gains.
>6ft tall, 165 pounds
>actually gained 30 pounds after stopped going to the gym because I work 12h/day and have no time
>nearest gym is a 1.5 hour drive
>need a workout I can do at home to lose weight, make me feel more secure to start going to gym
>I have a stationery bike and 2 11pound weights
>I thought I should pick up running but I am in terrible...

DESU finding a decent bodyfat percentage calculator has been difficult. I've read the sticky but found nothing.
My current progress from early april is 278 lbs->225 lbs
Focused on cutting diet and cardio and for the last 2 1/2 months I've been lifitng.
Has /fit/ ever lifted with a cold?
Or should i stay home till i get better?
do you think science will find a cure for baldness in our lifetime?
i remember reading somewhere that some research group in japan had found a way to make hair regrow through stem cells treatment and somenthing about it being avaiable around 2018, but it might just have been a huge ruse
I'm 22, experiencing troubles with my erections, got blood tests done and found out that everything is in normal ranges (test 465 ng/dl, only defficient in Vitamin D - now taking supplement). Came to the conclusion that ED may be related to poor sleep patterns as i always go to sleep after midnight and get up at ~9-10 am.
Is ZMA an option? Thanks.
P.S. What about other effective libido-and-erection-boosting supplements are there? I've read that L-Arginine might not help. What about Maca?
ZMA is effective if you have a deficiency of something in it. Magnesium def is relatively common, but don't expect miracles.
Are you exercising regularly? Is your diet good? Sleep patterns can help as you say. I wouldn't rely on supplements to get your dick hard though.
I've tried no fap/no porn for a month - only flatline as a result, no increase in libido, nor erections. No pillow, no shampoo - might give it a try. Cold showers - always.
Yes, i lift. Diet is quite rich and broad. Maybe only lacking in vegetables and i don't eat a lot of fruits (now trying to eat a lot of pomegranates, apples).
Just bought myself picrelated for christmas
are you getting anything /fit/ this year?
Asked for a rogue flat bench and a rogue ohio lifting belt.
We shall see how good santa is to me this year.
If my bonus is what I believe it should be, most likely buying myself a lat machine or a new squat rack with pullup bar or both if really good.
What is the best app for keeping track of progress on lifts?
Don't want to carry paper about like an autist
FitNotes. Can turn your data into all sorts of cool graphs and export into excell files if you care about that.
My only gripe is that you can't enter sets with an unspecified amount of reps.
Looking for a basic bench to complement my power rack/cage to do barbell routine in.
What should I look for? I don't really need extra stuff, but I want your feedback.
Check the height. They should be around 18" tall. Cheaper ones are often above that.
Make sure it can handle the weight. If you weight 200 and bench 300, it needs to handle 500.
If your floor isn't perfectly level, get a bolt together one, you can adjust it to level using the play in the bolts.
Bout all I can think of right now.
