What's the best exercise for building sexy chest muscle mass?
If you have to choose one, flat dumbbell press. Personally I'd go for heavy bb bench and finish it off with some lighter cable crossovers to get the pump and focus on the muscle.

So I am just starting out into a fitness regimen for the first time in several years. I read the sticky and am trying to set up a plan for losing around 25 pounds of fat and replacing it with muscle.
Some of the sources I have read say that eating at a deficit and focusing on cardio is a good way to burn off fat quickly, recommending Couch to 5K. However, others say that too much cardio causes you to lose muscle mass. if you're holding 25lbs of excess fat on your body it means you're eating a shit-ton of excess calories each day. Way above your maintenance. Essentially you're bulking.
You can just do SS or some basic strength program for about 8months and that fat should melt away and get replaced by muscle.
I would suggest lifting 3x a week for a month just to get used to the movements, and then increase to 5x a week. Get a program where you are squatting multiple times per week, like 3 or 4+

I sleep on the floor, and I usually sleep face down sorta so no pillow really helps, I find a very small and not too thick pillow is good for being on your back, sort of at the base of your neck. Just my 2 cents though. Go for it and see if you like it op
Guys, you can not achieve this look if you squat 3 - 4 times a week. You can squat all you want but stop pushing the meme as if it is a mandatory requirement of making it.
All you need is leg press, lunges, and leg extensions. Those will you give you aesthetic legs without making them looking atrociously big.
