Also I'm prescribed Adderall and I want to know if anyone here has stacked certain Nootropics alongside it. I know that some Nootropics shouldn't be stacked with Adderall, while some will greatly potentiate its effects.
I'm taking acety-l carnitine (among other supplements) and I've noticed some new mental symptoms since then. I spend a lot of time working on my health and mental state through various angles though so it's impossible to isolate. Anecdotal evidence is unreliable anyway.

If you're drinking excessive amounts of water it pretty much just comes out as water + salt.
Even if his urine was dilluted enough to be completely clear, it would still contain trace amounts of urea. If there was no urea in the sample then that would be proof that it was water.

Today I went 5x5 on squats, BP and incline BP and was too tired to do rows so I did some babyweight curls and skullcrshers and cable flys.
