I went to village to do some woodcutting shit, but all I got was slightly shorter fingers in duration of few months.
What would the effects of wearing steel toes all winter be for someone who walks around a fair amount (including lots of stairs) be? By effects I mean calf gains or potential knee or ankle complications. Basically just a pros and cons of regular weighted boot use during every day walking.
Also for fun what about if used while jogging/biking/cardio.

It does make a significant difference. If you add some kilos to a car you won't notice a difference but if you use heavier rims you will definitiely notice a difference.
Try to go actual hiking with heavy boots. Any militarybro will agree. And when you get tired and take something out of your backpack you will not really notice a difference but if you change shoes to light sneakers you will feel like flying over the ground.

I would eat chicken every day but my supermarket does a 3 packs for £10. You have to get different meats though so I get a 6 pack of pork steak, 6 pack of chicken breast and a 4 pack of turkey steak.
Also helps keeping my diet different.
One a scale on 1-10 how strong do I look fit with 5 being an average guy.

Man OP I'm gonna be straight with you. You don't look strong at all. But you seem to be in a good position to start building a foundation for both strength and aesthetics. If you get a proper regime going and get your nutrition on point, you'll make it breh. We're all gonna make it. My greatest piece of advice to you is as follows:

Holy fuck how do you guys do this? I feel like my stomach is trying to eat itself all day long. The portions I can have on this diet are so small they're hardly satisfying at all
I start from 12pm-2pm and finish from 6pm-8pm.
I alternate between 16-18 hour fasts depending on my schedules.
Work out fasted low reps high weight, and eat after. First 1-2 weeks will be rough as your body adjusts but after that I can go for 24 hours without food easily.

So, how exactly did out ancestors: who didn't have any gym memberships get /fit/ and ripped? Or how about the people living in primitive parts of Africa?
How does one get shredded without going to the gym, that being said excercise is sill an option. Just no gym.
It's hard to say if they were "ripped" and "shredded" like we assume them to be. Certainly, they were a lot healthier and fitter than us as all they would do is chase and haul all natural food around for survival.
What Earphones does /fit/ wear? I'm looking for a pair that's waterproof, has volume control/boost, and has customize able earpads. I'd prefer if it didn't have mic capacity too.
I think there was one suggested here in the past that had 6 different ear caps, but I can't find it.
