My bench and ohp has been stalling for 4 weeks now. Should i add more calories?
Btw, i am not doing stronglifts but im wondering if the progression in SL charts is achivable? This is like 10kg/22lbs more on bench in 4 weeks. Is it even possible to increase weights every session without getting fat as fuck?

18 y.o. manlet here who is way shorter than parents. Both of my parents are ~5'9, meaning for all my life height predictors showed 5'11-6", and welp, never quite made it.
I have a pretty advanced beard for my age, and only grew a quarter inch in the last year. Though I think I hit puberty a bit later than most, but not by a whole lot or anything, pretty normal.

Yesterday i pr'd 2 120kg deadlifts and was wondering - at what weight should I consider using a belt assuming the form is fine?

I keep going over there every few weeks to tell them to lift because it will give them self confidence and that will be the first step to improving their lives, but they always blow me off. They always make excuses >I'm short >I'm ugly etc. If you have the conviction to lift and stick to it you are far above them.
my lower back is really sore after deadlifting 2 days ago but i only feel it when i move, is this normal?
Is it soreness or pain?
If it's soreness, it just means your back muscles are getting used to it and your lift is working.
If it's a shooting pain that's radiating, that's not good. Rest and work on form.
About to buy a power cage and a BB. Been doing DB stuff for a year. What specific exercises should I go for to make sure I can handle the BB?

My left bicep is an inch bigger than my right bicep, even my left deltoid looks bigger.

Thats what happens when you are far more dexterous with one hand. You probably use your right arm more efficiently, which decreases the work done. Meanwhile, the muscles on your clumsy left works harder.
You can avoid this problem by training to failure or using barbells with proper form.
