I've been dieting(was 345 pounds, now 280, still losing) and I've gotten a taste of this and fell in love with it.

You should have 0 (zero) added sugar in your diet, all the sugars you consume ahouls come from whole fruits and whole fruits ONLY.

it isn't a muscle group useful in sports or real life.
First off, half the point of working out is to look good, the other half is once you've been doing it for a while you really enjoy it.
Secondly it's useful for that thing people do before a fight when they just shove each other a few times while talking shit.

Fit I have these episodes where I feel like I'm a different person. I become very angry, anxious, mean, and aggressive. I have compulsions to do drugs or drive my car really fast. Anyways, at what age would you say a person could expect to die of "old age", meaning not from cancer, diabetes, other major health concerns etc. In other words, at what point could a person potentially not wake up the next day simply because they're old and it's their time.
I just registered for natural bodybuilding competition in Toronto, Aug 12th.
It is my first competition. I look like shit by /fit/ standard but I really wanted to stand on stage.
From the past competition pics, I have larger musculature, and larger than most competitors. But I am not lean

I usually squat without any protection pad on the bar. Yesterday a guy came over to me and said I will injure my spine if I keep doing that.
I was kind of annoyed because unsoliticed advice sucks and I told him that as long as I don't feel pain while doing it I will keep on not using any pad.
Now I am kind of insecure. Is it true that my spine can be injured? He said that it can happen even at lower weights but I didn't believe him.
