Do you guys take refeed days when cutting? I've heard that you can eat your maintenance caloric intake once at week. This with the objective of give the body a rest and enhance your fat loss. Thoughts?
depends how aggressive your diet is
if you're cutting @ 1k deficit a day then I don't see why you couldn't bring it up to maintenance by increasing your carbs for a day.
keep in mind it has to be all carbs, and your dietary fat needs to be kept at pretty much baseline.
i.e. no cake, icecream, chocolate.
just straight carbs.
if nothing else it'll refill glycogen.
How much will you lose if you dont lift for 6 months?

Grew some chest hair that hides the center of my chest pretty well, while the rest of my pecs look pretty good protruding through my clothes (i don't even have a big chest).
The main concern is the flared ribs that also poke out. Hopefully that'll come less apparent as I continue my stomach vacuums and working out. Pic related is me and my pokey ribs.
You should work out regardless of anything. It's always a good decision bro.

Femanon here, the left side of my body is noticeably fatter than the right side. I can see it in my stomach, my tit, and even my jawline and face. It legit makes my face look slightly crooked. A Google search only turned up skinny fats giving their anecdotal reasoning. Does anyone know how common this is, will it eventually balance out after I stop cutting, or is there anything that can be done about it?
