I gained between 7-5 kg during the past 9 months. I didn't notice it so quickly because i have changed my style a bit and been mostly wearing just skirts and dresses. Then I started a new job and had to wear jeans every now and then and none of my pants suited me. It was very depressing. I didn't feel particularly bad about my weight until my favorite vintage one piece swimsuit didn't suit me anymore. And some rather pricey summer dress. I of course went crazy and started to diet.
The thing is, I mostly eat plant based but I have days where i will eat over...

oh and i should add my boyfriend is crazy about junk food. and i mean crazy. it's like we decide okay, a bag of chips for the evening and he brings three home. THREE. and opens them all. i expressed that i would like to get fit and he still keeps buying all the crap food and suggests evenings with sweets and burgers and stuff. it's making me so sad. i come from a household where we never had junk food/sweets at home.

You know it's true. And you have been rused. If you want a six pack AND to get laid you have to get on roids because there is no way to balance working out 6 times a week along with taking care of your diet and getting proper sleep plus having a social life and job.

Weirdly yes. I've posted about it before so the research is in the archive. It's the punctuated all at once movement and low reps per minute that's meant to do it, it may make some of your slow twitch muscles a fair bit bigger.
It's not as good for mass as lifting and drugs obviously, but it does something a little different so if you're doing everything else you want to do go for it.

tfw you're slavic but you can't even do a proper squat because of your retarded flat feet. i feel so confused and out of place. do any of you have experience with this ordeal?

I have flat feel op, its pretty shitty honestly. My feet hurt when im standing or walking for a long time and my knees kind of bend inwards a little bit.
Search stretches and mobility exercises for flat feet, ive noticed some improvement so far. Also get some arch strengthening insoles for your shoes, I wouldnt be able to work long hours without them.
