What does /fit/ have for breakfast?
I need new breakfast ideas. It's hot here and hard to eat in the morning but I need something in my stomach before I go to work and I'm tempted to buy shit at the cafe next door.
I have hard times eating stuff in the morning.
Always had phases where I tried but ended up dropping it and just going for coffee until it's lunch time.
I don't know. Oats, cooked eggs, fruits, fit-pancakes.
Probably shit that you can prepare the evening before.
2 scoops vanilla broton power
1 cup vanilla almond milk (nonsweet, my ass is already sweet enough lol)
1 cup spinach
1 scoop preworkout
>Blend spinach with milk
>add powder, blend
>add nanner, blend
1 cup spinach, chopped (big soggy leaves are no fun to eat)
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 cup butter chicken sauce
>mix it all in a bowl
>heat oil/butter in pan...

The size of my quads are fine, but everything below the knee is skinny as fuck. I do Squats, Deadlifts and Calf Raises, but the size of my calves/lower legs are still skinny. Everybody I know has fucking tree stumps for legs but mine are like sticks. How can I fix this?
I want to buy an indoor exercise bike. Other than "dont", what should I consider before buying?
Any good brands or rules of thumb I should be aware of?
Doesnt work with my schedule and the area around here. Its windy as fuck, and I have an infant so I cant just go bike whenever I have 5 minutes. Preparation alone would take 10 minutes at least, which doesnt leave much time for biking
please help me lose my man boobs, I know I'm big all over but I wouldn't feel too bad about it if I had a normal sized chest
spot fat reduction is a myth, it's impossible to target the fat on your chest... this info is available in the sticky btw, you should probably go read it before asking any more questions.
How big are his arms if he is 5'3ft
Adding raw meat/organs in your diet? I've read where people argue that humans are supposed to eat more raw meat and organs that are rich in nutrients that we basically cook out of food. What's the /fit/ opinion on this? Any of you do it?
Mt ex was a nutrutionist and she said you CANNOT just jump into eating raw food (become a raw foodist) you have to ease yourself into it. By slowly adding raw food and taking cooked food out very slowly becuase your body has to get use to it, the plus side of doing it is your body has to use less enzymes to digest the food so you actually get a burst of energy when. You eat alot. Instead of getting tired when you eat a big meal
'Believing that phytoestrogens leads to effects similar to those of estrogens on the human body, is just as foolish as believing that inseminating a mare with human semen will result in a centaur.'
I'm not sure what the original phrase is, that's the overall idea of it. Can't remember who coined this expression either. But that's a great phrase and it's exactly how I shield myself from the general ignorance over soy.
I eat it all day erryday, never had adverse effects.
Tofu is a food that has estrogen, or as OP has just informed me "phytoestrogens" in it.
Thanks OP, I like eating foods with tofu but I was scared by some articles saying it would turn me into a woman. I'll look more into what a phytoestrogen is, or maybe you could inform me.
how do i hold the bar in front squats
Its been 3 months since i've been to the gym. I was deadlifting 175, benching 145, etc etc. Any advice for getting back into it?
no no. I'm going tomorrow, just I want to know like where i should start my weight at. My old routine use to be the strong lifts: AxBXAXX
B:squat, bench, back extent, chinup/pullup
Like should i go back into that same routine or start off somewhere else to get back into the hang of it?

im 18 y/o, 5'7 and 120lb. started going to gym and stuff but theres one problem
what the fuck do i do. does someone have experience with hgh? how risky is it if I want to be 5'11 will my organs grow inwards and fucked up shit? is it worth taking or not? what about dbol, can this make me taller or stunt my height? can protein, and just getting mass in general stop height growth?
The low, low bar of aesthetics
While bulking and assuming sufficient protein intake, is high fat or high carb more ideal for maximum muscle and minimal fat gain?
Also, fit girls thread
Why do I find them so hot /fit/.
>Tfw I have a shitty 6'2 185 body, but I really wanna bang this Persian girl in my college.
Bf is 18% and not a lot of muscles.
So what do ? Cut, bulk ?
Started at 430 pounds in July, I'm currently down to 350 pounds, been hovering around there since Thanksgiving really. There's so much contradiction in the caloric intake stuff you find on the net was wondering if you all could help.
I eat about 20 ounces of baked chicken a day
And 3 cups of brown rice, with a couple bananas most days and a scoop of protein most nights after gym.
Is there anything you guys can tell me right off the bat to remove or add to my regimen? I don't stray far from that at all except for cheat days on sunday. Vegetables are obviously missing, I have a really tough time adding them in any form to my daily intake.
I'd really appreciate any help.
well you lost 80 lbs so sounds like you are doing something right. What you are eating sounds alright
find veggies you like, I use 1 whole green peper and 1 onion in my stir fry with chicken/rice. Good way to add in veggies. Remember to drink metric shit ton of water
I'm type 2 diabetic.
This shit shouldn't have happened.
Am I fucked, or can I fix this shit with weightlifting?
> guyz I'm a skinnyfat lanklet who only eats shit how did I get diabetic!?!1?
Being fat isn't the only thing that makes you diabetic dipshit. And now that you've got diabetes, you're stuck with it.
D-I-E-T will absolutely help mitigate this. Exercise of any kind will also help tremendously, but diet is primary. Did the doctor not tell you these things when he/she informed you of your beetus?
