When aiming to focus solely on lats,traps and posterior deltoids, which would be more effective?
i did rack pulls for a while cause i fucked up my knees with cold weather (and some other retarded shit) and it did feel good and later on now has made my deadlift lock outs easier after i went back to deadlifts. gave insane lowerback pump to cause can go on for longer. but eh, if you want to focus SOLEY on lats/traps/delts ...do specific Lat/trap/delt work. great assistance exercise for lockout though

Unless you're a woman it's a huge waste of money. The amount of var you'll need to take to make gains equal to a moderate cycle of test as a man is pretty fucking high. Var and winstrol are typically used when cutting to maintain muscle mass or when you need them to enhance performance during a sport or something
Var is also really fucking expensive so unless you have a couple hundreds of dollars to blow every week your wallet is gonna be hurting
hei guys, didnt found this in the sticky so im going to ask it here, i have a minor scoliosis from bad posture and im going to start lifting, can i do that? is it going to make my back more fucked up? currently im doing column straightening exercises so if i go to the gym in the mornin and in th evening i do the routine i should be ok?
I have pretty bad scoliosis can't remember degree but my spine looks like an s. Ive been to physical therapy, chiropractors nothing has helped my back pain from scoliosis as much as lifting has. You're good lift heavy and your back will feel better

A lot of the dudes I see on this MMA/Boxing gyms are skinnyfat or skinny, whatsup with that?
Boxer here. I've trained at five different gyms, most guys simply watch what they eat, do boxing training, and bodyweight exercises. It tends to be the heavyweights who lift as well, or it's the lifters who have turned to boxing. Most amateur boxers don't bother lifting weights to get big or ripped, only to supplement the muscles they know they use.
