Lifting belt. Yes or no?
I only squat 90 kilos for sets of five but I still like using the belt. It just makes me feel more stable and safe, but I'm afraid I may be cheating the weights.
I don't really use them for deadlifts except on one rep maxes.

If you want to use a belt then use a belt.
There is no set weight to use a belt. I start using it around 80% of my 1rm for squats. For diddlys I only use it on max attempts

I used a belt around 90-100kg (squat) when I first reached those weights and started having trouble, but I've stopped using it since. I brace better and don't feel like I need it anymore, but who knows once I start moving even bigger weights.
Use it if you want to, but make sure you're not using it as a crutch because you can't brace properly.

Been on a tren ace and test prop cutting cycle for about 2 weeks now.

In this space of time I've managed to fuck up my relationship simply because I'm horny as fuck. On tren I could easily bust about 5 nuts a day, I drove her away because I wanted to fuck too much, I even tried forcing myself on her to get her in the mood. Now I'm sat here fapping for most of my free time.
Can anyone give me any suggestions to help? I love tren, the pumps and the agression, but jesus christ I'm a waking boner.

Long time ago I randomly tried squatting as much as I could. No warm up
No before hand training.
Safe to say I was injured for 2 months. After a while I finally recovered and started with 100 lbs and made my way up. Been 3 months now and maxing at 250. No pain

It might sound retarted but ive developed a really unhealthy relationship to my sleep.
I remember my dreams almost every night and theyre pretty intense. And since a while i kinda hate sleeping and cant really enjoy falling asleep anymore, because i dont wanna slip into that false reality / i dont wanna "halluzinate". Its not even only nightmares im talking about, im scared of dreaming in general.
The idea to now spend 8 hours fantasizing and thinking things are real that arent and maybe even see scary shit (i pretty often have nightmares too) makes me hate falling...

I have a similar problem, My dreams are hyper ral and stressful, so much so that i wake up exhausted, ive noticed i only get them when i sleep for more than 6-7 hours. The dreams arent necessarily nightmares. they are just soooo emotional and sooo powerful that they tire me out. I think its because when i was younger i smoked weed and did some lsd and mushrooms.

I mean, I started lifting almost 5 months ago (SL-SS), and while I saw some aesthetic gain, my progress has been so fucking slow.
It wasnt my first time lifting, some years ago I some dumb program by a pt in my gym and kept at it for a few months, but I didnt put in much effort
I was under the impression the first 6 months were the period where a novice lifter can have the MOST and quickest progress, but that hasn't been the case for me
Except for the beginning, I was NEVER able to increase weight on a lift twice...

You have to put in hard work to get anything out. Deload, get your form in check and then do a linear progression where you overload
But either you are going to enjoy the journey or give up. If you aren't ready to lift for years and sweat and hurt then give up now and stay the fuck out of my gym

Eh. Once you get to heavy enough weight on the dumbbells and shit, machines are gay. I only do one exercise in my whole PPL routine that uses cables/machines and that's the triceps push down thingy.
