I am 20.5 years old, have a 177 cm height since age of ~15
177 cm now, would like to be 187, but I understand that it's 99.99999% chance impossible.
So, how to gain at least 4-5 cm? Or 1.5-2 inches

So I fucked up /fit/. It's official. I am fat now. My doctor just broke the news to me and told me I am medically overweight. From 53kg during my last visit, to 65kg right now. Some of it can be attributed to my shitty BC pill so my doctor prescribed me a new one, but most of the weight is just from bad metabolism and a shitty diet.

Does it make me an jerk for wanting to take my gf to gym? I spend all my time working out, so i thought it would be something we could do together. I do actually want to try to improve her body too, she could easily be a 8/10 if she got a nice bod.
Why would you like to bring a girl to the gym?! I was seeing a 8/10 fit azn at the beginning of the semester, she wanted to switch to my gym and begged me to work out together. I said forgetti (obvious gains-gobiln is obvious). After a couple of months she asked me straight out if she could be my girlfriend I told her straight no, havn't heard from her since. Has anyone tried St John's Wort for mild depression?
On 1800mg for a month now. I definitely helped make calmer and more content. I don't have crying fits over minor things anymore and don't feel like tearing up in public either.
So I would very much recommend it for mild depression, anything more severe and you're better off talking to a doctor though.
