Snatch Grip High Pulls: God tier for traps, rear delts, and upper back, as well as explosiveness.
Landmine Press: Great incline bench substitute, good for pressing power, looks alpha as fuck.
Straight Arm Pulldowns: Awesome for lats, great for hypertrophy work.

It will wake a while to see, if you have low body or are an endomorph it will look gross.
If you're an exomorph it's easy mode, as ass fat is probably the last bit of fat to leave the body. Just keep getting skinnier, that ass stays phat.

I've finally been eating, not just bulking. Some days I'd just go without eating not a big deal for me. I'm limiting my weed intake to weekends only so now I get up at a resonable time. Usually I'd get up at noon or later from the weed. Also led to not eating. Now I'm bulking with pride. I just need to remember to take my vitamins.
