I feel as if I have a lot of memory problems, and feel lathergic most of the times. I attribute a lot of this to chronic fapping since I was a kid but I've been on no-fap since a couple of months now and making good progress there.

depending on your form, you might be using more lower chest and using a short ROM, essentially you're doing a decline bench press. also, why are you holding a 20lb dumbbell when you do dips? I wouldn't use weight until you can add 45lbs for 10+ reps.
