I've lost 10Kgs the last 3 weeks, eating only McDonalds food.
I eat 1 big Big Mac menu per day, and that's it. The rest of the day i drink water and have a banana.

It's a bit shit the first 3 days, but your body gets used to it really quickly.
Sometimes you could even just hit a double Big Mac menu, you'd still only be eating around 1500 calories per day. Which is very good for a cut
Is Jonnie Candito Linear Program any good, /fit/? worth trying?
I've heard a lot of good things about it. My bench actually declined when doing it, but my bench is fucking atrocious so I don't know if I can hold that against it. Sure didn't work for my bench though. When I think back I think that maybe it's a mistake to do more spoto press reps than actual bench presses when you don't have your technique down.
I saw good results from it. DL shot up from 280 to 365. Could be the program but could be me being relatively new and the program forces you to DL, squat, and bench pretty regularly so it may have just fixed some form issues or made me more comfortable with the movements. It's a good, simple, easy program, try it out. What's the harm?

You peak in height at 22, after that it goes down slowly. Maybe less if you lift, but the point is you hit your max around 22. The change from 18->22 is on average about a half an inch.
So you are pretty much out of luck.

Took a look at myself in the mirror while sitting and I realized that I look like the fucking Michelin man, or an overweight, albino walrus. I'm 6'1 and weigh 143 lbs.
I got a gym membership at Planet Fitness and the sticky's workout guide intimidates the shit out of me, mostly because I feel like I'd make an ass out of myself trying any of the exercises out.
Any advice? Or can someone just berate me into getting off my ass and making some actual gains.

I would love it if somebody got me a fancy expensive kitchen knife. Think about how much chicken (and other veggies) you guys cut up a week. For some reason I just can't walk fast. I don't know why but it's really difficult for me to walk quickly.
