Everytime I stand up quickly after sitting or squatting for a time my vision becomes blurred and almost blacks out. I lost balance and feels as if my consciousness is caving in. Sometimes I allow myself to fall over and just lie on the ground until the sensation passes. If I'm in public I have to hold on to something so I don't fall over. This happens daily, several times a day. Any other headrushbros feelin my pain? Anything I can do to stop it?

I just have to eat 100g of oats in the morning. But even that I can't eat for shit, because it's disgusting.
First question is, why is it asked to cook the oats or microwave them, why not raw?
Second question is, how do you prepare them?
Same question for tuna, if you guys eat natural canned tuna.
You cook it to break down the starch as it's pretty difficult to digest.
You don't have to do that, but you should either soak it or make sure to drink sufficient amount of water afterwards. Also prepare for some stomach ache should you neglect any of the prior.
I personally put 100g of oats in a bowl
pour about 150ml of boiling water in it
let sit for 3 or so minutes
put some honey or some banana in it
I eat them raw and so do most non-american people. We all know americans have shit taste and shit mentality so it would be wise not to follow their examples.
I always switch it up, but today I ate 150g oats with coconut sugar and dates and coconut water + maca powder. Taste delicious.
How do I get rid of this?

What do you guys think? Douchey or normal? I always wear a hat, but when I see someone wearing a hat in a gym I think it makes them look like a douche for some reason. Am I the only one?
I wear hats to keep my hair from looking retarded as fuck because I roll out of bed, shit, eat, head to the gym. Don't want gel in my hair while lifting.

I always assumed people wearing hats in the gym are wearing it so nobody talks to them.

/fit/ please help me, I've been getting this weird feeling in my lower back, at a point that's about a finger length from my tailbone. It is a weird sensation, kinda like after you've been bent over picking stuff up for a couple of minutes and then you lie down, that feeling of releasing, I guess you could describe it that way.
And I did deadlifts two days ago, I've been okay until now I just got home and the feeling is very persistent.
I just hit 2pl8 a mont ago and my form is good, like the guy on the right, I try the bet I can to maintain it.
