Sup /fit/ bros. so how close are you guys to achieving the 1/2/3/4 plate maxes? What you guys having trouble with the most? Here's my stats so far.
>30 yo, 6ft, 190lbs, lifting for six months now
>bench 2plates for 10 reps, 1RM 285
>squat haven't reached 3plates yet, 1RM is 260
>diddy no where near 4 plates, 1RM 320
>ohp got 1 plate for 3 reps, hard as shit but feels good man
Dumbbell Bench Press: 140x5
Squat: 265 1rm
Deadlift: 365 1rm
OHP: 95 x 5 reps
My deadlift is disproportionately better than all my other lifts. My main goal is to have a strong back because I don't want to be one of these 30 year old cripples. So that somehow reflects in my stats, even though I try to train everything appropriately. My bench and deadlift have been improving, while my squat just seems stagnant. I don't ohp enough to really know how that's progressing.
Is a thriatlon that includes

So I made the decision to do the fit thing recently, ready the sticky and made decisions on my diet on what felt right for healthy servings and I think I went a little overboard so I'm asking you if it's too big of a cut
Did the math and I'm taking in between 800 and 1000 calories a day, is that too little for just dieting? I'm still working on my finances to get a gym membership

How does one get rid of excess skin without surgery? I read that excess skin is still fat.

Sometimes I have workouts where i just feel fatigued. When I have to take off weight it makes me feel like I am regressing. Does anyone else get really pissed off when this happens? How do you cope with this? I usually just yell, slam things around and act like an general autist in these situations (home gym master race)
