Brehs, I need your help. I'm in med school, and I study/am in class 10-14 hours a day every weekday, and 8-10 hours on the weekends. Over the past year I've been pushing it hard in the gym, I've restricted my diet to nothing but protein and vegetables, and I've given up caffeine, drugs and alcohol, all in the name of health and fitness. While my progress has been incredible, I've completely isolated myself socially and even my best friends and relatives are hesitant to spend time with me. I also feel like I can't relate to people in general as well anymore because my mind is constantly preoccupied with diet and exercise. Seems like my numbers are very slow compared to what I read on the internet on novice gains and such. Took me almost 7 months to go from 100 kg x 6 to 125 kg x 6 squat. Okay /fit/, I just took my vitamins (150% vitamin C, 150% D3, 100% E, 100% A, 300% B6, 200% Zinc) then went over my face for 5 minutes with a .5 mm derma roller, then applied a vitamin C serum, and finally after that was absorbed into my skin, a moisturizer with retinol, vitamin E, green tea and hyaluronic acid.
